Many organisations simply ignore their legal obligations in practice therefore because the route to “proof is arduous for the victims and the consequences for braking the laws are minimal.
The Campaign Against Cynical Diversity Management is aware that public relations and image is important to institutions and organisation in whatever jurisdiction they operate. They want to be viewed as good citizens, as enthusiastic champions of the law.
The purpose of this site is to gather USABLE information from members of the public who have access to evidence of unlawful discrimination and or evidence of organisational structures, systems and professional practice that are cynically designed to deny equality of opportunity to underrepresented groups.
We want to use this information to promote best practice in the interest of underrepresented groups.
