¤ Take one hour during any part of the day to discuss in groups of any size, any job function, any job grade, one discussion point on cynical diversity management from the campaign posters available at the link below. Its recommended you read the article - CYNICAL DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT, WHITE SUPREMACY MINDSET, DENIED EQUALITIES - MENTAL HEALTH & A NEW WORLD ORDER, so as to properly understand the issues with enough authority to constructively discuss.
¤ Write up your “Truths” and present to relevant senior management, anonymously if you need too. E-mail a copy to us at the campaign so we get some feedback on topics discussed and information about your particular situation wherever you are.
¤ Submit to WIKI-LEAKS any documentation you may have access to that demonstrates Cynical Diversity Management structures, systems and or professional practice in action in your organisation, so it can be challenged in the mass media and put right.
